RESTORE is a 6-month group coaching programme for women who are exhausted from constantly coping, overthinking and holding everything together underneath.

This programme is designed to help you understand what’s actually happening in your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, build emotional capacity and stop feeling like life constantly has to be survived.

Inside RESTORE, we focus on nervous system education, survival responses, emotional patterns, somatic practices, self-trust and creating real lasting change — not just surface-level coping strategies.

The programme includes:

- Fortnightly live group coaching sessions

- Nervous system and somatic support

- Practical tools and reflective exercises

- WhatsApp community support

- Session recordings and resources

- A safe, supportive group environment

RESTORE is for women who look like they’re functioning on the outside… but underneath feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and unable to properly switch off.
